As our Manufacturing Technician, you'll be essential in establishing and maintaining efficient manufacturing operations that support our mission of reducing global carbon emissions by 1% through zero-waste apparel production. You'll ensure quality and organization through meticulous inventory control, inspection, and standardization of procedures.

What Success Looks Like

Imagine building a comprehensive inventory management system that streamlines our manufacturing process while maintaining perfect accuracy. Your impact will be measured in:

• Developing and implementing a robust inventory management system that reduces waste and improves efficiency
• Creating and maintaining detailed SOPs that ensure consistent quality across all manufacturing processes
• Establishing effective quality control checkpoints that maintain our zero-waste production standards
• Contributing to our mission of reducing global carbon emissions through efficient manufacturing practices
  

A Typical Day Might Include

• Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials and maintaining quality standards
• Managing and updating inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate stock level
• Documenting and updating SOPs for manufacturing processes
• Collaborating with supply chain and operations teams on process improvements
• Performing quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Having lunch with the team (we're a pretty social bunch!)
  

Who You Are

• Inventory Management: 2+ years experience managing and tracking materials and components
• Quality Control: Experience with inspection processes and maintaining quality standards
• Process Documentation: Skilled at creating and maintaining detailed SOPs
• Organization: Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration

The hourly range for this role is $35 - $46 USD (plus overtime and equity)
