As Senior Fabric Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating the materials that power our Vega™ technology - the world's first 3D weaving system for on-demand garment production. Your innovations in sustainable fabric development will directly contribute to our mission of reducing global carbon emissions by 1% through zero-waste manufacturing.

Imagine seeing your fabric innovations transform into perfectly fitted, zero-waste garments within minutes. Your impact will be measured in:
- The successful launch of innovative fabrics into the market.

A Typical Day Might Include
- Conducting experiments with new fiber compositions and weaving parameters
- Collaborating with engineers to optimize fabric performance for 3D weaving
- Analyzing test results and refining fabric specifications
- Meeting with product team to evaluate environmental impact of new materials
- Working with manufacturing partners to scale successful prototypes
- Documenting fabric specifications and maintaining the materials library.
- Developing fabric prototypes and overseeing testing procedures.
- Having lunch with the team (we're a pretty social bunch!)
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in technical textile development
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Deep expertise in woven fabric construction and 3D textile technologies
- Strong background in sustainable materials and circular manufacturing principles
- Proven track record of successful fabric innovation projects
- Experience with on-site manufacturing troubleshooting

The salary range for this role is $124,000 - $140,000 USD annually, plus equity.
